Dr. Bryan Bennett, DBA is an accomplished HR Leader with significant experience in designing and implementing compensation programs global as well as specializes in developing and advising of HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with current laws and company objectives. His goal is to improve HR functions, enhance workforce performance, and contribute to organizational development. He provides strategic planning, training, and implementing technology solutions for HR management.

Many refer to Bryan as “Dr. Data” due to his published research in data analysis and predictive analytics. Bryan has led various initiatives, including the development of people analytic dashboards, streamlining onboarding processes, and creating tools for incentive award visualization in local currencies. His career spans roles at Savannah River National Laboratory, Sherwin-Williams Co, Boeing South Carolina, and Kohler Company, demonstrating leadership in global compensation management, HRIS & data analytics, and strategic planning. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Intelligence, among other qualifications.

Dr. Bennett is a resident of Graniteville, SC, and despite a career that included relocating multiple times within the US and travelling internationally, enjoys calling the central Savannah River area home. He is the proud father of one daughter.

In addition to his full-time work, he teaches as an Adjunct Professor at USCA for the School of Business and is an Instructor at the Aiken Technical College. Additionally, Dr. Bennett holds two professional certifications from WorldatWork, a globally recognized and industry leader in Total Rewards Compensation Management, and a professional certificate from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), a globally recognized leader in human resources.


Dr. Bryan Bennett, DBA, is a 25-year veteran data scientist.  His focus is in the proper and ethical manipulation of data to make it easier to organize and read using Data Manipulation Language (DML). Dr. Bennett’s efforts allow for focused data-mining and high-level machine learning techniques that reach beyond traditional data resources to provide robust and actionable data sets and drive evidence-based decisions.


The focus of Dr. Bennett’s passion are predictive and prescriptive analytics. Modern software development has provided considerably more data than ever before, and the concern is the limitations and vulnerabilities of traditional SaaS solutions. Dr. Bennett is constantly developing solutions, using the most advanced machine-learning techniques, to offer clients opportunity to merge various traditional data sources and provide comprehensive and iterative data solutions under a first-to-market strategy that allows decision-makers to raise their confidence level to obtain expected results. Dr. Bennett holds multiple proprietary algorithms that have been scientifically tested to provide high levels of validity, predictive power, and reliability which provide a significant return on investment (ROI).
