The role of generational differences on perception of employer reputation to job applicants: A phenomenological study

Dr. Danko studied the role of generational differences and applicant perception of employer reputation to attract and retain talent. Its major finding was the importance of the role self-efficacy plays in determining applicant and employee satisfaction with an employer. His scholarly excellence was recognized with admission to Delta Mu Delta, the International Honor Society in Business.


In addition to his full-time work, Dr. Danko teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the Schools of Business at both the University of South Carolina Aiken and Lander University. He also taught at Friends University, Baker University, and Strayer University. 

Dr. Danko is a certified Senior Certified Professional (SCP) through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He also is a member of the Charleston Southern University (CSU) Board of Visitors and served as an Advisory Member for Information Technology course curriculum.
